for its structure, current breaks, and deep channels, creating ideal habitat for these species. Captain Dale will guide you to productive areas and adjust techniques throughout the trip to match what the fish are doing that day.
You’ll fish using a variety of proven techniques, which may include casting, trolling, jigging, or bottom fishing, depending on the target species. Captain Dale provides guidance throughout the trip to help anglers of all skill levels enjoy the experience and improve their approach on the water.
Your trip takes place aboard a Lund Pro V SE (18’6” x 96”), a well-known fishing platform designed for both performance and comfort. Powered by a 200 HP Evinrude ETEC G2 HO, the boat gets you quickly and safely to productive fishing spots. The vessel is also equipped with GPS, sonar, marine radio, a downrigger, cooler, and a portable toilet, ensuring a safe and comfortable day on the water.
All rods, reels, lures, bait, and required safety equipment are included with the trip, so you can arrive ready to fish. Captain Dale focuses on providing a smooth and enjoyable experience while helping guests explore some of the best fishing locations the St. Lawrence River has to offer.
Guests should bring weather-appropriate clothing, as conditions on the river can change throughout the day. Even in summer, warmer layers are recommended. Don’t forget personal items such as sunglasses, sunscreen, and any snacks or drinks you’d like for the trip.
