Very small visibility area to hunt. Below standard equipment vs the cost to hunt. Place is extremely small and you can hear neighbors talking and playing music. Zach is a nice guy but he needs to invest in upgrades if he plans to cater to real hunters.

Sorry you guys didnt stay long enough to enjoy the hunt. I hunted yall in 2 very very heavily populated hog spots and told yall that the area is in a revene where sound travels far. It was a Friday night hunt, so some of the Ranch neighbors could be heard at their bonfire a quarter mile away. I also asked multiple times if you wanted moved. You said no. Also I told yall that the hogs move between 630 and midnight. Yall left without warning at 830. We have 2 seperate Ranches and we monitor cameras at both to ensure the best odds of harvest. This one had alot of hogs and you guys saw all the fresh tracks and were very excited when you saw my place and stands at first, as they are top notch. Literally filmed shows with Outdoor Network tv in this same spot. Most of our hunters, and definitely the real ones listen and trust their guide. Thats why our success rates are so high. We hunt over 970 acres, so the size of the properties are not ever an issue. It was close to 70° and the hogs came in at 10 pm at both places. Im real sorry yall did not enjoy, but ya cant blame the ranch if you didnt stay to hunt. Over 90 hogs killed from those 2 spots alone last year. Not to mention the other 28 stands and shooting houses we have set up.
