Captain Russell was raised in Panama City, FL and has lived his entire life on the water. He served in the US Navy where he was able to travel to the Middle-East, Europe, Caribbean, and many other places.

He has worked as a Commercial Charter Boat Captain since 1994 and has been a paid Firefighter since 2003. He thoroughly enjoys working both jobs simultaneously!

He will lead the way, no matter if you’re fishing for the various species that call Panama City Beach home or if you’re swimming with wild bottlenose dolphins, manatees, manta rays, or anything else that may come our way.
