Captain Eddie is a true son of the sea, with a proud heritage rooted in generations of Norwegian captains. For him, the ocean isn't just a workplace—it's where he feels most at home and at peace. This deep, inherited connection to the water has been the foundation of a lifetime spent as a skilled maritime professional.

Fishing isn't just a hobby for Captain Eddie; it's a part of his identity. He's been on the water since he was a small boy, learning the ropes on his father's boat. “With over 50 years of experience navigating these waters and a 100-ton Master Captain's License, Captain Eddie knows exactly where to find the most productive fishing grounds for every targeted species. Nothing makes him happier than introducing people to the sport and watching their faces light up as they reel in a catch.

Your Onboard Experience

You'll be chartering a 36' Topaz, a vessel known for its exceptional seaworthiness and proven offshore performance. Often called "battle wagons," these boats are built to handle choppy seas with ease, providing a safe, stable, and comfortable platform for your fishing adventure.

Your comfort is a top priority. The boat features a private, clean bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, and plenty of space to relax in the dinette or bunks. You can also enjoy your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth stereo and keep your food and drinks secure in the onboard refrigerator, and large iced cooler.

Top of the line rods, reels and tackle are provided.

Captain Eddie and his vessel offer a combination of unmatched expertise and comfort, ensuring you have an unforgettable and productive day on the water.

Sunday July 12 Fluke Report:
We had to work hard for the 7 keepers today! It must have been at least a 10-to-1 short-to-keeper ratio out there, but we kept grinding and put a nice catch together.

Mid June 2026

> 🦈 **SHARK REPORT: Tuesday, June 16, 2026** 🦈
> We had Steve and Paul out today on the **Hallie Loren** for a dedicated shark trip. The ocean was absolutely beautiful, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.
> The action started with a big Thresher that rolled on the surface and made the reel scream! Unfortunately, shortly after the run, the main line parted way—clean break, almost like it was cut on something.
> Not long after, bite number two came a-knocking. It took a nice chunk of line but ended up spitting the hook before we could get eyes on it.
> The grand finale was a beautiful Mako. We watched it circle the slick for a while before it finally crashed the short line. We got it boat-side, used the dehooker for a clean, safe release, and watched it swim away strong.
