years fishing the Shell Beach, Hopedale, Delacroix, and Breton Sound areas, Captain Bradley brings a calm confidence to every trip. He grew up on the Ouachita River and has been exploring South Louisiana’s fisheries for over a decade. From chasing Redfish along the grass lines to drifting oyster reefs for Speckled Trout, he’s developed a solid understanding of how to read these waters and adapt to changing conditions.
You’ll head out aboard a Pathfinder 2600 TRS—a reliable and comfortable platform that’s well-suited for navigating the marsh and nearshore waters. Outfitted with high-end gear like dual Garmin fishfinders, a Minn Kota Ulterra trolling motor with Spot Lock, and Power Poles, the boat is set up to help you make the most of your time on the water. Tackle includes Shimano Stradic reels and quality rods, with live bait provided when available.
Depending on the time of year and the day’s conditions, you’ll have the chance to target Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, and Sheepshead. The action can vary from day to day, but with a combination of live bait and artificial lures, you’ll be ready for whatever the marsh has in store. At the end of your trip, Captain Bradley will clean and bag any fish you plan to take home.
