Brookville Lake reservoir is the best Walleye fishery in Indiana as Brookville runs a breeding process with the walleye in Brookville that stocks every other Indiana lake with Brookville’s walleyes! Numbers are absolutely great at Brookville I’ve been a Guide on the lake for Six years now going on my seventh as I fished Brookville all my life since I’ve been 2 years old I know all the ends and outs of the lake. Brookville has a lot of old house foundations left due to it being a little town before they started building the lake very unique history below the waters! I specialize in walleye mostly as it’s the #1 species to target at Brookville lake as my success rate is 80 percent pretty high percentage we also have crappie smallmouth channel catfish white bass I will also Guide for as well! I use very light equipment like to feel everything light line light jigs light poles tug is the drug!! I do not like trolling at all unless someone wants to learn about it and do it I have everything for it but not what I like to do we like to cast! Vertical jig! And drift fish! Brookville does not get very rough at all with it being in a valley a rough day on Brookville is not bad at all! No worries about a very windy day we usually can get out of a wind very easy at Brookville! I fish out of a Deep V sits very comfortably it’s a Crestliner very good boat 4 stroke Mercury on the back has all the bells and whistles my equipment is top notch! Come enjoy the beautiful scenery and most of all come catch a bunch of walleyes!
