Islamorada Backcountry Offshore Fishing

Captain Jeff has spent his life fishing, and has fished all over the world throughout the years. From the British and US Virgin Islands, Mexico, Belize, Bahamas, and up and down the East Coast - but for him there’s no place like the Florida Keys. Captain Jeff has yet to find a place where he can go that has the variety that Islamorada has to offer.

When people ask what his favorite fish to catch is, his answer is always the same: Whatever’s biting and whatever the weather is best for. He just likes to have fun and catch what’s biting depending on the season.

Captain Jeff has been fishing in the Florida Keys since the mid 80’s. He is grateful to grow up there and have the best fishing pioneers in the Keys as his mentors.
