My name is James. I am a USCG licensed captain and was born and raised on the west coast of Florida and have been fishing the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa Bay area for over 15 years. I specialize in inshore Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, and Trout fishing. I have always had a passion for inshore fishing and love nothing more than sharing this passion with others. No matter your age or skill level I can put a trip together to fit you. I am great with kids, dogs, and large groups. I am a fun, easy-going captain who just wants to show you a good time on the beautiful waters of Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa Bay.

Started as a side hussel to help afford the hobby. Ended up enjoying it so much I quite my full time corporate America job.

My passion to teach the next fishing generation as well as share my knowledge of inshore, flats and backcountry fishing.

Captain James was AWESOME!

He was easy going, confident and a pleasure. One person in our party had never fished and Captain James was patient and instructional.
He got us on fish immediately and we caught Jacks, Trout, Reds, and Snooks. I cannot recommend Captain James highly enough.
