The primary targets on this trip are Fluke (Summer Flounder) and Black Sea Bass, two of the area's most popular and delicious species. Depending on
the season and what's biting, you may also encounter Bluefish, Porgy (Scup), Striped Bass, Tautog, and other local favorites.
Fishing takes place aboard a spacious 36' Harris Downeast vessel that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. With plenty of room to fish, an enclosed restroom, modern electronics, outriggers, and a stable ride, the boat is well-suited for anglers of all ages and experience levels. The vessel is also wheelchair accessible, helping make the experience available to even more guests.
Throughout the day, Captain Michael may employ a variety of techniques including bottom fishing, drifting, jigging, trolling, and spinning depending on conditions and target species. Trips can take place inshore, around reefs and wrecks, or as far as 25 miles offshore when conditions allow.
All rods, reels, tackle, fishing licenses, and fish cleaning are included. Just bring your favorite snacks, drinks, sun protection, and a camera to capture the day's highlights.
