About Your Trip
Discover why coastal Georgia is considered one of the finest sight fishing destinations on the Atlantic coast. Despite stretching only about 100 miles, this remarkable coastline contains nearly one-third of all the salt marsh found along the East Coast, creating an expansive network of shallow flats, winding creeks, oyster bars, and pristine backwaters that provide incredible habitat for redfish and a wide variety of other inshore game fish.
Your day begins as you climb aboard
a purpose-built technical skiff designed specifically for navigating extremely shallow water. With the ability to float in just a few inches of water, your guide can quietly access hidden flats and secluded marshes that larger boats simply can't reach. These untouched areas are where you'll spend the day scanning for cruising fish before making carefully presented casts with either fly or light spinning tackle.
While redfish are the primary target throughout the year, the changing seasons bring opportunities to pursue speckled trout, flounder, tripletail, jack crevalle, and even tarpon when conditions are right. Every trip is tailored to the day's tides, weather, and fishing conditions to maximize your opportunities.
Trips are intentionally limited to just one or two anglers, creating a relaxed, hands-on experience with plenty of personalized instruction throughout the day. Whether you're learning the fundamentals of sight fishing, refining your fly casting, or simply looking to experience one of the Southeast's most unique fisheries, you'll receive as much guidance as you'd like while enjoying the beauty of Georgia's untouched coastal marshes.
All fly rods, spinning tackle, and fishing equipment are provided, so you can simply show up ready for a great day. Bring along your favorite snacks, drinks, weather-appropriate clothing, polarized sunglasses if you have them, and a camera to capture the experience.
Every day on the marsh is different, and your guide will use the tides, weather, and years of local experience to put you in the best possible position for success while showcasing everything that makes Georgia's coastal fishery so special.
