I have been in Florida for 10 years and enjoy fishing the Gulf waters myself. Fishing is always a challenge and is never the same day twice. I am a "people person" and have lots of fun with the people I meet as a charter captain. I have ten years experience as a charter captain on the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River running a tour boat. I was also an assistance tow captain for TowBoatUS on the Chesapeake Bay and here in the Tampa Bay area as well as a boatswain's mate in the US Coast Guard. Charter fishing is the best of all worlds to me.

About Your Trip

Get ready for a first-class day on the water with Captain Gary at the helm! Whether you're looking to reel in hard-fighting reef species, chase down speedy pelagics, or just enjoy a memorable outing with family and friends, Captain Gary delivers a fishing experience that’s as smooth as it is action-packed.

You’ll head out aboard a spacious 33’ Blackfin Flybridge powered by twin 375 HP Caterpillar engines, cruising at up to 24 knots to get
you quickly to the fish. With room for up to six anglers, comfortable seating on the flybridge, and amenities like a full marine toilet, two showers, sleeping space for four, and a full galley with a freezer, this boat is built for both performance and comfort. Air conditioning is available while docked to keep things cool before and after your trip.

Depending on the season and your chosen trip length, you’ll explore nearshore, reef, wreck, and offshore waters using a range of techniques including trolling, bottom fishing, spinning, and drift fishing. Shorter trips (4–5 hours) might have you trolling for Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Bonita, and Great Barracuda, or dropping down for reef dwellers like Snapper, Grouper, Grunts, Triggerfish, and Scup (Porgy). On longer trips (6–8 hours), you’ll have time to mix it up—targeting both reef and pelagic species for the full offshore experience.

Captain Gary and his experienced mate will be right there to help bait hooks, gaff fish, and share tips and tricks to make the most of your time on the water. All rods, reels, tackle, and lures are provided, and live bait will be available when conditions call for it. The crew also offers complimentary fish cleaning back at the dock, so you can head home with fillets ready for the grill.

This vessel is equipped with top-tier navigation and fishing electronics, including three GPS units, two fishfinders, radar, and portable live bait wells. There are multiple coolers onboard packed with ice to keep your drinks cold and your catch fresh throughout the trip.

The trip is completely kid-friendly, making it a great option for families introducing younger anglers to the sport.

All guests will need to sign a waiver before departure, and tips for great service are always appreciated.

Whether you're here for the thrill, the scenery, or just some quality time on the water, Captain Gary is ready to show you a day of fishing you won’t forget. Let’s go make some memories—book your trip today!
