Outfitted with top-tier equipment like GPS, fishfinders, and a live bait well, every detail is dialed in to help you land big. Captain Mark provides professional-grade rods, reels, and tackle, so all you need to bring is your fishing license, snacks, and a great attitude.

Bass fishing with Mark is more than a day on the water—it’s an education in the art of the catch. As a retired law enforcement officer turned full-time guide, Mark brings patience, focus, and expert insight to every trip. His tournament record speaks for itself: over 30 first-place wins, 10 Angler of the Year titles, and five boats earned through fierce competition. You’ll fish with light tackle in clear water or break out the heavy gear to work big swimbaits and crankbaits—Mark will tailor your techniques based on season, weather, and your personal goals.

Trips are available as 5-hour half-day or 8-hour full-day charters and can be scheduled between 6 AM and 9 PM. In addition to Clear Lake, Mark also guides trips on Lake Berryessa for those looking to explore another outstanding fishery. Every trip includes all necessary gear and a fully equipped boat—just make sure to grab your California fishing license if you're 16 or older.
