About Your Trip
Make the most of your time around Quinlan and Lake Tawakoni with a guided fishing trip focused on steady action and a variety of species. These trips take place on Lake Tawakoni and Lake Ray Hubbard, both known for producing Hybrid Striped Bass, White Bass, Striped Bass, and Catfish throughout the year.
You’ll have the option of a 4-hour or 6-hour trip, with each outing tailored to target the species you’re most interested in. Fishing
is typically done using a mix of jigging, casting, and other light tackle techniques, with adjustments made throughout the day based on conditions and fish activity. The goal is to stay on active fish and keep things productive from start to finish.
You’ll be fishing from a 22’ NauticStar center console, a comfortable and efficient setup for up to 4 anglers. The boat is equipped with the essentials, including GPS, and all rods, reels, tackle, and lures are provided—so you can show up ready to fish.
These trips are family-friendly, and kids are more than welcome to join. Just be sure to confirm life vest sizing ahead of time. You’ll need to bring a valid Texas fishing license before the trip, along with sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and any snacks or drinks you’d like. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but glass containers and hard liquor should be avoided.
At the end of your trip, your catch can be cleaned, filleted, and bagged at no extra charge, so you’re ready to head home with fresh fish.
This is a straightforward, enjoyable lake fishing experience designed to give you a productive day on the water, whether you’re new to fishing or have years of experience.
