Captain Mike was born and raised in Morgan City, Louisiana. Having begun fishing at a young age, his best memories are catching redfish with his father. Mike's passion for the world of fly fishing was rooted after experiencing the challenge of catching a redfish on a fly rod.

Mike's fishing experience spans over 30 years of learning the marshes of Bayou Dularge, Cocodrie, Dulac, and Fourchon. He is currently based out of Houma and Fourchon Louisiana. When it comes to finding giant Redfish, tailing and cruising with their backs out of the water, the marshes of Terrebonne and Lafourche Parish can’t be beat!
