Captain John started fishing professionally at age fourteen and had his first charter boat at eighteen. He owned and operated the 43' charter boat "Bolo" out of Hillsboro Inlet by twenty. After six years and over 1000 charters, he took a sabbatical to follow the tournament circuit to fish exotic spots all over the world.
