Your trip will take place aboard a 24’ Carolina Skiff, a versatile and reliable vessel designed for comfort and success on Lake Lanier. With space for up to 4 passengers, the boat is outfitted with GPS, a fishfinder, and dual live bait wells to keep your bait lively and ready to attract the fish. There’s also an onboard ice box to keep your drinks chilled and your catch fresh. Captain Nick provides high-quality rods, reels, and tackle, so you’ll have everything you need for a productive day on the water. Live bait is available, and in some cases, you may even get to catch it yourself.
All you need to bring is a Georgia fishing license for everyone in your group, which is easy to purchase online. Captain Nick also recommends packing sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, sunglasses, and weather-appropriate clothing. Drinks are provided, including water, teas, sodas, Gatorade, and Powerade, along with light snacks like chips, crackers, oranges, protein bars, rice crispy treats, and grapes. Alcohol is welcome in moderation, but please avoid bringing glass bottles or hard liquor.
