To sum up my years in service and traveling around the world, I would simply say "There is no place on earth better than the USA". Owning and operating a Property Maintenance business for the last 16 years locally, I have developed many relationships through honest and reliable service and whenever possible sharing the beauty of local fishery. On this trip, you'll head offshore with Captain Stephen to "go deep" for Red Grouper, one of the biggest and tastiest fish in the Gulf! This offshore adventure is great for anglers of all levels, so bring your friends or folks! The Red Grouper is one of the most sought-after species in this area, known for its delicious taste. These reef fish are typically found in deeper waters, ranging from 50 to 200 feet, making them a prime target for offshore charters.

Your trip will start early in the morning. You'll head out on board Captain Stephen's 28' Parker pilothouse, which features all the gear and amenities you need for an epic trip! After you reach the deep water, you'll drop lines down to jig the reefs and rocks, aiming to attract some big bites. The bait will vary depending on what the fish are feeding on that day.

Once you've hooked a Red Grouper, be prepared for a challenging fight. These fish can grow up to 50 pounds and will put up a significant struggle, testing your skills and strength as an angler. But once you've reeled in your catch, you'll be rewarded with delicious, firm white meat that is perfect for grilling or frying!

Aside from Red Grouper, you may also encounter other species such as Vermillion Snapper, Lane Snapper, Grouper, and Amberjack, all of which can provide an exciting fight and make for a memorable trip.
