Trip details changed after the reservation was made. Communication with Captian Experiences was poor to say the least. They notified me that the trip details (expected catch) changed and I shouldn’t expect to catch the species the listing claimed. Then, it was more than FIVE DAYS before they reached out again and failed to respond to several texts. The boat was nice, but not super clean. Trip details changed after the reservation was made. Communication with Captian Experiences was poor to say the least. They notified me that the trip details (expected catch) changed and I shouldn’t expect to catch the species the listing claimed. Then, it was more than FIVE DAYS before they reached out again and failed to respond to several texts. The boat was nice, but not super clean. Captain was experienced but not flexible to adjust theagreement after it was gravely misrepresented. I expected to catch larger fish, as per the listing agreement. If you want to catch a bunch of small lane snapper about 8 to 12” long this is the trip for you - if you want a real opportunity to catch some larger grouper or other mid size fish, you’d likely be disappointed with this “no frills” experience.
