Kit has been fly fishing since he was 8 years old.
His father introduced him to the sport in the Catskill Mountains of New York. His father was one of the founding members of the Catskill Fly-fishing Center. While sitting in their camper on a rainy day, he asked Dad to show him how to tie flies. He's been actively tying flies ever since. His experience in fly tying ranges from trout patterns, bass patterns to saltwater imitations as well, also midges, dry flies, streamers and more.
