About Your Guide

Captain David has been fishing his whole life. As most Georgia Boys do, Captain David got his start fishing freshwater for bass and trout in ponds and streams. Captain David has spent the last 15 years fishing the estuaries surrounding Charleston and has been a full-time fishing guide since 2011. He is passionate about his profession, dedicating himself to learning the various angling techniques to target all inshore species. His number one priority is your safety. He is a United States Coast Guard licensed Captain and has gained the situational awareness that only comes from years on the water. David graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's in Political Science. He is married to his wife Leslie and they have two daughters.
