You'll kick things off chasing some of the bay’s top inshore and nearshore species like Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Gag Grouper, Tripletail, and more. Whether you're bottom fishing around reefs and wrecks, casting across shallow flats, or trolling the edges of deeper channels, Captain Dan will get you dialed in with the right technique for the time of year and target species.

After the rods are put to good use, you'll shift gears and head to one of Tampa Bay’s stunning island spots to relax, explore, and enjoy the water. Feel like cooling off? Snorkeling gear is available on board, so you can hop in and check out the underwater side of paradise.

Your ride for the day is a fully-equipped 22’ Sea Hunt center console, powered by a 200HP Yamaha and loaded with premium electronics including a GPS spot-lock trolling motor, Simrad fishfinder, Power Pole anchor, and a live bait well. With space for up to 4 passengers, it’s the ideal platform for both fishing action and laid-back cruising.

Everything you need is provided—rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, and fishing licenses are all included. Captain Dan also supplies bottled water, and he'll clean your catch at no extra charge. Just bring sun protection, swimsuits, and a cooler to take your fillets home (or to stash some island snacks)!

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
