If you’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy fishing adventure along the beautiful waters of Pensacola, look no further than an inshore or nearshore trip with Captain Ronnie! Climb aboard his 2018 Blazer Bay center console and get ready for a day of rod-bending action, chasing some of the Gulf Coast’s most exciting inshore species.

Captain Ronnie brings over 20 years of experience fishing these waters and knows exactly where to go to put you on the bite. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or brand new to fishing, these trips are designed to be fun, productive, and accessible for all skill levels.

Your trip takes place aboard a 24’ Blazer Bay powered by a 250 HP Yamaha 4-stroke outboard. Outfitted with top-of-the-line electronics—including GPS, fishfinder, and a tower for sight fishing—this boat is built for comfort, performance, and fishability. There’s also a T-top for shade, and enough room for up to 6 anglers.

Inshore, you’ll explore Pensacola’s bays, grass flats, and backwater channels in search of hard-fighting species like Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Mackerel. Captain Ronnie knows these waters like the back of his hand and will take you to the most productive honey holes based on the season and tides.

Feeling a little more adventurous? On a nearshore trip, you’ll head just off the beaches to explore the Gulf’s close-range reefs and structure, where you can hook into Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, and more. These trips offer a great mix of action and scenery, with plenty of chances to reel in something big.

All gear is provided, including top-quality rods, reels, tackle, and fresh live bait (no skimping here—Captain Ronnie is up early catching bait before every trip). Your fishing license is covered, and he’ll even clean and bag your catch at no extra charge.

Just bring your favorite drinks, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat—Captain Ronnie will handle the rest. Whether you’re after a cooler full of fish or just a fun day on the water with family and friends, this inshore or nearshore trip is the perfect way to experience Pensacola like a local.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

In the event of inclement weather, our guides will check the conditions and make the final call on whether its safe to go on the trip. If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.
Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
