We offer professionally guided nearshore fishing trips that showcase the best of Sarasota’s coastal waters. Our charters range from four to eight hours and travel up to nine miles offshore into the Gulf of America, where the warm, fertile waters provide access to some of the region’s most exciting and productive fishing grounds. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or new to the sport, our trips are designed to deliver a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience on the water.

Each trip is led by a licensed captain aboard a fully equipped vessel featuring premium rods and reels, quality bait and tackle, shaded seating, a clean restroom, and a cooler stocked with ice and bottled water. A professional first mate is available upon request to assist with baiting, rigging, and fish handling, ensuring a smooth and stress-free outing for anglers of all experience levels.

We tailor every charter to your goals and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed family-friendly excursion or a more intense sportfishing adventure, we’ll customize the trip to suit your needs. You can request specific fishing techniques, target species, or opt for a private charter with flexible departure times. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages, and we’re happy to offer local recommendations for lodging and dining to help round out your Sarasota experience.

Our fishing techniques include bottom fishing, live baiting, and light tackle casting, all adapted to the season and your comfort level. The Gulf’s nearshore waters are home to a wide variety of prized game fish, and depending on the time of year, you may encounter cobia, gag grouper, goliath grouper, hogfish, kingfish, Spanish mackerel, bonita, many types of snapper, and several species of sharks. Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Brought my two younger boys who had a blast! Cole was patient, answered their 100 questions, and took us to nice spots where we pulled out some nice fish and the boys were thrilled! We had a blast!

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
