Want to spend a few hours fishing the waters off Destin? Join Captain Heath and head out to fish some of the area's natural bottom and artificial reefs. One of the nice things about this trip is the flexibility—you can spend your time bottom fishing around structure, trolling, or mixing the two depending on what you'd like to do and the conditions that day.

This trip is a great option for all skill levels, including families with kids. Whether you're an experienced angler or just looking to get out on the water and try something new, Captain Heath will help tailor the trip to your group and do his best to put you on fish.

You'll be fishing from a 25' federally permitted center console equipped with GPS and fishfinder electronics, a live bait well, wireless trolling motor, ice box, stereo system, and snorkeling equipment. Guests are welcome to connect their phones and play their favorite music through the boat's Bluetooth audio system during the trip.

All fishing gear is included, along with live bait. If you'd like to keep any legal fish, fish cleaning is included as well. We recommend bringing along any food, drinks, and snacks you'd like for the day, as well as sunglasses, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing.

There are multiple start times available throughout the day, with trips offered between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Be sure to check the available departure times when booking to find the option that works best for your schedule.

As with any trip in the Gulf, weather and sea conditions can play a big role in the experience, so it's worth keeping an eye on the forecast when choosing your date.

If you'd like to spend some time fishing the reefs and nearshore waters around Destin, Captain Heath would be glad to have you aboard.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

If you want to have a great time and catch lots of fish, look no further!! This was such a fun experience for our family of 4. Captain Heath was the best guide ever!!
