About Your Trip

Set out for a fun and action-packed 4-hour fishing trip just off the coast with Captain Adam! Perfect for families, beginners, and anglers looking for a quick adventure on the water, this trip focuses on some of the most exciting and delicious nearshore species around.

Fishing the local reefs, wrecks, and productive bottom structure not far from the inlet, you’ll be targeting Fluke (Summer Flounder), Black Sea Bass, and Bluefish. These waters are loaded with life, and Captain Adam knows exactly where to go to put you on the bite. You’ll primarily be bottom fishing and jigging with light tackle, techniques that keep the rods bending and the action steady. Fluke are famous for their subtle bites and tasty fillets, Sea Bass stack up on structure and fight hard for their size, and when the Bluefish show up, expect fast-paced action and aggressive strikes.

You’ll be fishing aboard Captain Adam’s spacious 51’ sportfishing vessel built for both comfort and performance. The boat features plenty of deck space for up to 15 passengers, making it a great option for groups, families, and friends looking to enjoy time on the water together. It’s also wheelchair accessible and equipped with a full kitchen, restroom, refrigerator, and a comfortable cabin with a bed, so everyone can relax between bites.

Captain Adam will be joined by a helpful First Mate who will assist with baiting hooks, handling fish, and keeping the trip running smoothly. It’s customary to tip the mate 10–20% for their hard work.

All rods, reels, tackle, bait, and fishing licenses are included, and the crew will clean and fillet any keepers at the end of the trip so you can take your catch home ready for the table. Just bring along your favorite snacks, sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks are already provided, and moderate alcohol is welcome — just avoid glass bottles and hard liquor.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
