About Your Trip

Inshore & Nearshore Fishing Adventure

Spend the day exploring the productive waters of Choctawhatchee Bay and the nearby Gulf aboard a comfortable 24' center console built for inshore and nearshore fishing. With productive fishing grounds just 10 to 20 minutes from the dock, you'll spend less time running and more time with a line in the water.

Depending on the season and conditions, you'll fish the bay's grass flats, bridge pilings, and winding bayous or
head just offshore to natural limestone ledges and large artificial reefs off Destin and Okaloosa County. These waters support a wide variety of fish species, providing excellent opportunities throughout the trip.

Target popular inshore favorites like Speckled Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, and seasonal Flounder, or venture nearshore in search of seasonal Snapper and hard-fighting King Mackerel. If you have a specific species in mind, let your captain know before departure, and they'll tailor the trip around current conditions whenever possible.

Looking for more than just fishing? The popular Fish & Fun option lets you split your time between light-tackle fishing and activities like dolphin watching, relaxing at a local sandbar, or shelling, making it a great choice for families and mixed groups.

Your trip includes premium light tackle, live or artificial bait, tackle, fishing licenses, and professional fish cleaning and bagging at the dock. Ice and cooler space are also provided, so all you need to bring are your favorite snacks and drinks.

This trip accommodates up to four passengers comfortably, with the option to add a fifth guest for an additional fee. Powered by a reliable Yamaha outboard and equipped with modern Simrad electronics and a Fusion sound system, the boat provides a smooth, well-equipped platform for a day on the water.

What sets this experience apart is the team's hands-on local approach. Rather than relying on the same spots every day, the captains continually scout local waters and adapt to changing conditions to stay on active fish. Whether you're chasing an inshore slam, fishing nearshore reefs, or combining angling with a relaxing day on the Emerald Coast, this trip offers the flexibility to match your group's goals.

I grew up always saltwater fishing in Cocodrie, LA and the surrounding areas until I came to Destin in 1991 at the age of 11 for the summer months.

Once I graduated high school in 1998, I moved to Destin full time. In 1999 I received my first captain’s license (100 ton Master) working on the Sea Blaster in Destin, FL.

In 2001 I bought a 40 passenger boat to take people snorkeling and dolphin sightings along the Emerald Coast.
After the strong hurricane season in 2005, I donated that boat to the Destin Fishing and History Museum (where the wheelhouse still sits at the front door).

Now it’s 2008 and our company was founded with one bay boat. We then grew to 4 total boats providing inshore, offshore and bay fishing for all our customers.

The 52' Hatteras Sportfisher has federal permits for fishing offshore outside of state waters. Fishing in federal waters has places spots that have less pressure on the stock (fish).

The 31' Cape Horn will get you to the fishing holes fast with the twin 350hp engines!

It all started with a 30’ Parker center console with twin 200’s,

What’s the biggest fish you’ve caught?

If you were cooking for all your friends what would you cook?
Getting all of the crew together with our families to having a Fish fry, with a side white bean & rice and a sack of oysters!
