About Your Trip

Hop on board with Captain Jacob and prepare for an action-packed day of offshore fishing! Whether you choose the extended, 3/4 day or full day trip, Captain Jacob will put you on some picture worthy fish in offshore Florida.

On this 6 to 12-hour trip, Captain Jacob will take you nearshore or offshore Pensacola where you'll be fishing for a selection of fish including Amberjack, Gag Grouper, King Mackerel, Lane Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Mangrove Snapper, and Red Snapper. Depending on the fish you can choose from a variety of techniques and this boat is equipped with light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing and deep dropping. Let Captain Jacob know what you want to fish and he'll get you set with the location and technique!

On this trip you'll be aboard a 24’ Robalo center console with a capacity for six people. Powered by twin Yamaha engines for a combined 300 HP, this vessel will no doubt get you where you need to be. It comes with all the necessary navigational instruments and even has a bathroom on board. Captain Jacob will even clean your fish for no extra cost!

Captain Jacob will provide all rods, reels, and tackle. All you need is sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and weather-appropriate clothing. These family-friendly trips can host up to 6 people, so make sure you bring some good company!

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

We booked a 6 hr deep sea charter for my son and his friend the Friday before the Blue Angels air show. I can't compliment Matt and Jacob enough because everything was awesome! Not only did they catch some fish, but the boys said everything about the trip was very fun. Jacob cleaned and packaged the fish on the way back so kept it on ice to take home. One thing that is always important to me when dealing with any business is communication. From the very beginning, Jacob and Matt were in constant communication with me and was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely book another trip with them next year. Highly recommend you do the same!

If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
