About Your Trip

This is where more serious anglers come to put fish in the boat. Our 12 hour trip puts us on the water to make the best use of our time. We will be targeting multiple Snapper species, Amberjack, Trigger Fish, Wahoo, Cobia, Mahi, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, grouper, scamp!

Captain Stephen specializes in all sorts of different styles and techniques! He's not a 1 hook fits all kind of fisherman! Whether it be running different trolling gear to land monster Wahoo or King Mackerel or using lite action spinning reels while catching a cooler full of mahi-mahi we’ve figured out what works best! As for bottom fishing sometimes we go from chicken rigs to sow rigs to free lining live bait! Whatever it takes to put you on the backside of a bent rod and a tight line!

His boat comes loaded with all the gear you could possibly need for a successful day out on the water including all the rods, reels, tackle, bait, fishing licenses, and fish cleaning at the end of the day. So all you have to do is bring your favorite snack and drinks, your sun protection, and your camera, Captain Stephen will take care of the rest!

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

We had a great day fishing with Steve and his deck hand Eric. Steve got us on fish quickly and once we got the technique figured out it was game on. Deck hand Eric was amazing as well. He made sure we had what we needed to stay fishing and straitened out our messes quickly. Highly recommend these guys for a great day on the Gulf.

Captain Steve was fantastic! He put us right on top of the fish! He took us to the right spots to limit out on all the different fish in season. His mate Wes was a hero. Stephen took our trip on short notice after another captain canceled the day of the trip. My son was very excited about going out so Stephen taking the trip meant a lot. Nathan, you booked a 5 Hour Trolling Combo. I went over all the expectations before the trip. I told you the bite was a little slow on the morning trip, but we were able to get the limit of snapper. We just did not have any time to troll. We were able to catch you a limit of Red Snapper on this trip also. We only had time to troll for about 45 minutes total...

Nathan, you booked a 5 Hour Trolling Combo. I went over all the expectations before the trip. I told you the bite was a little slow on the morning trip, but we were able to get the limit of snapper. We just did not have any time to troll. We were able to catch you a limit of Red Snapper on this trip also. We only had time to troll for about 45 minutes total and we had 5 Bonita, a king and Spanish. We brought in a better haul than anyone else on the dock all day. On the bottom fishing side, we cannot target trigger fish because it was not open. You are complaining about trolling when it's literally in the name of the trip you booked. You were upset you didn't get a 30lb snapper which is maybe a once a year fish for any charter not running full days. You and your son broke off 4 fish because you could not fight the big fish like we were telling you to. Those were big fish. Unlike your review states, we gave you an amazing trip for anyone not expecting a full day haul on the least expensive trip they could book.
