As a kid his brother and he were hunting and fishing in the rivers and lakes of Northern Indiana, not just for fun, but to provide food to their family too! In 1999 he moved to St. Petersburg and immediately bought a boat – before buying a house. 6 years ago he decided to pursue his dreams and became a United States Coast Guard licensed captain, having spent years learning the tricks and feeding habits of the fish in the Gulf of Mexico. He runs charters together with his wife, Captain Tara, and they hope that you'll join them for a fishing excursion.

We had the most awesome experience offshore fishing with Captain Adam on Playin’ Hooky! He was ready and waiting for us at the boat ramp, before the sun came up. As soon as we met him, we knew we were going to have an awesome time! The boat was brand new, clean, and spacious. We wanted fish to eat and the experience of reeling in some big ones. Captain Adam did not disappoint! He put us right on top of them! He cleaned our fish and we went straight to the restaurant to have them prepared. Thank you, Adam, for the experience of a lifetime!
