When on holiday in Florida, it's a crime not to get out on the water. Head out of the Gulf Coast and explore the rich inshore waters, and try fishing for some seriously prized fish. Using live, dead, or artificial bait on the end of light tackle, you'll come up against tough-fighting Snook and Jack Crevalle, as well as trying to land a tasty Redfish, Trout, or even Snapper to take back for lunch.

Captain Mike is an excellent choice for families, even those with small children. He started teaching his daughter how to fish when she was just 3 years old. She showed a real love for Bass Fishing and even participated in the Jr Bassmasters Tournaments at age 11. She’s even out fished Captain Mike on a few occasions…

Fishing with his daughter created a passion for teaching Anglers of all ages, how to catch fish in both Fresh and Saltwater settings.
This same passion has led him to volunteer as a Boat Captain for the Jr. Bassmasters as well as the Bassmasters Highschool League since 2012

Captain Mike is an established Florida Freshwater Tournament Angler and is currently an active competitive angler fishing Bass Tournaments in the Southeast. He also competes in several Florida Inshore and Offshore Saltwater Tournaments targeting King Fish, Redfish, Snook, Trout, and Tarpon.

Captain Mike and Bass2Bay look forward to spending an exciting day on the water and whether you choose Saltwater or Fresh Water, you will have a great time catching fish and learning new ways to do it!
