From hundreds of miles of creeks, rivers, lakes, and tidal marshes, to fifty-plus miles of white sandy beaches and Apalachicola Bays barrier islands. Nearly half of the local barrier islands are owned by the state or federal government, they are uninhabited, and very few people visit them keeping them in that sublime natural state that simply takes your breath away. They are wonderful, beautiful, pristine and waiting for you and your family to enjoy.

So head out with Captain Greg and get ready for a relaxing day exploring the surrounding water chasing these unpressured local fish like Reds, Pompano, Black Drum, Sheepshead and Speckled Trout. You can take a stab at it with a 12' fiberglass pole paired with minnows, or you can do some light casting and spinning tackle if that's what you're looking for. You can to sit back, relax, enjoy the sweet sea breeze, and rest your arms while you wait for the reel to start screaming or you can be as active and engaged as you would like, with years of guiding experience Captain Greg can cater your trip to your goals for the day. Captain Greg grew up fishing in Apalachicola and has a passion for meeting new people, so expect some expert guidance no matter how engaged you'd like to be!

You'll be fishing aboard an impressive 24’ Proline with a 225 HP Evinrude that can comfortably fit 4 anglers. The Evinrude engine can be cranked up to a top speed of 45 knots which makes it an ideal vehicle for inshore and nearshore adventures.

Captain Greg provides all rods, reels, and tackle, and live. All you need to bring is sunglasses, sunscreen, and any snacks, drinks and motion sickness relief you might need. Feel free to take your young ones along; Captain Greg knows how to keep them entertained with some exciting fishing!

Greg knows his stuff! He took us around a few areas where we caught a variety of whiting, trout, flounder, and catfish. We left with enough fish to feed our group three times over. Greg was great about handling bait as well. His one-liners weren’t too shabby either.

Started out as a beautiful day, then the wind picked up out of the East, this was not what the weatherman forecast. Greg took us to many places to fish, but with the wind it was a challenge. We caught a few junk fish then one of us caught a really nice Red. That was the best of the day. We all (3) had a lot of fun and learned a lot about the area.
At the end of the day Capt. Greg was like family and we all decided to make this a yearly thing with Capt Greg, hopefully the fish and the weather will cooperate.
