you on the fish.
On this trip, you'll hone in on Mahi Mahi, one of the most exciting offshore sportfish in the Atlantic. These fish (also known as Dorado and Dolphin) are world-famous for their fighting ability, beautiful colors, and taste! These fish travel thousands of miles hunting squid, baitfish, ballyhoo, and more, and when they hit your line, you'll feel it! To attract these fish, Captain Johnston will be trolling a variety of baits and lures, but as soon as that rod bends, it's all you! Bring your A-game, because these hard-fishing gamefish will test your skill, strength, and stamina. Mahi are also delicious, either seared on the grill with some lime juice, or in fish tacos! Your captain is happy to clean and prep your keepers for you back at the dock, so bring a cooler!
You'll be aboard Captain Johnston's 35' Everglades center console with a capacity for 6 anglers. Powered by three 300 HP Mercury engines, she'll shred through the offshore waters with ease to take you where the fish are biting! This vessel comes equipped with a GPS, Fishfinder, Live Bait Well, Fighting Chair, Outriggers, on-board Bathroom and Ice Box to store your catches.
Captain Johnston will provide all rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures and fishing licenses. All you need to bring is a pair of sunglasses, sunscreen, and any food or drinks you might want out on the water. You should also bring a camera to record your trophy fish. Head out to the deep waters and bag a personal record!
