About Your Trip

On this trip with Captain Sal, you'll cover the entire extent of Islamorada's fishing options, starting with some inshore fishing and progressing all the way out to offshore bluewater!

With this much water to explore, you'll be able to chase a huge range of species, from Permit and Pompano to Grouper, Snapper, and Hogfish, all the way out to Mahi, Sailfish, and other pelagics!

Captain Sal has years of experience chasing fish out here, so
let him be your guide. He's full of helpful advice, and has tips to help you improve your bait presentation, hook set, and fish-fighting skills. If you're circling the humps, you'll be trolling a variety of baits and lures to hook up traveling predators in the middle of the weather column. On the reefs, you'll be dropping lines down over structure and drifting to attract bites from Snappers, Groupers, and reef species.

You'll be aboard a beautiful 38' custom Jarrett Bay sportfisher, a purpose-built fishing vessel that matches speed with comfort. With twin 350-HP Mercury outboards on the back, and a full cabin, you'll be cool and comfortable as you get out to the fishing grounds. Get out there and have a blast!
