Head offshore with Captain Jorge for an exciting 6-hour Mahi Mahi trip off the coast of Miami. With over 20 years of experience fishing the waters around Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, and the Upper Florida Keys, Captain Jorge knows exactly where to find the action. He’s passionate about fishing, loves sharing his knowledge, and enjoys helping anglers of all ages and skill levels reel in their catches—especially when it’s a kid landing their first fish.

On this 3/4-day adventure, you’ll be fishing 5 to 25 miles offshore, where Mahi Mahi roam the deep blue. These colorful, hard-fighting fish are known for their acrobatics and tasty fillets. Captain Jorge will use a variety of techniques, including trolling, drifting, jigging, and live bait fishing, to cover more water and maximize your chances of hooking up. Whether you’re an experienced angler or trying offshore fishing for the first time, he’ll have you fishing like a pro in no time.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 28’ Ellig sportfisher powered by twin 300 HP Mercury engines. Built for offshore fishing, this vessel provides a smooth, comfortable ride and plenty of space for up to four anglers. It’s equipped with all the essentials for a great day on the water, including a live baitwell and Bluetooth speakers so you can enjoy your favorite playlist while chasing Mahi.

Captain Jorge provides everything you need for a successful trip, including rods, reels, tackle, and live bait. At the end of the day, he’ll clean and fillet your catch so you can enjoy fresh Mahi for dinner. Feel free to bring your favorite drinks and snacks—beer is welcome, just no glass containers, please.

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Had a great time out on the water with capt jorge. The boat was kept nice and clean. Jorge worked his socks off getting the rods baited and out. We caught a few good fish too so all in all it was a good day

I would highly recommend fishing with George. He is super knowledgeable about the area fishing and he kept me busy catching fish. George is also just a cool dude who was fun to be around during and after fishing. His yacht club cooked up our fish after George cleaned them. It was great! We brought 5 fish in and put at least that many back in the water.
