About Your Trip

Captain Justin’s "Offshore Panama Baby" trip is all about flexibility and maximizing your fishing fun! With trip options ranging from 4 to 8 hours, you can customize your day based on what you enjoy most. Weather permitting, you’ll have the chance to fish both the inshore and offshore waters around Panama City, adjusting the plan as needed to spend more time where the bite is hottest.

You'll be fishing aboard Captain Justin’s 23’ Cape Bay boat, powered by a 225 HP Mercury engine. Outfitted with a trolling motor, live wells, cushioned seating, and a cobia tower, this bay boat is built for comfort and versatility, perfect for taking on nearshore and light offshore action.

Depending on your preference, you’ll use a mix of techniques including trolling, bottom fishing, live baiting, sight casting, and heavy or light tackle approaches. Target species include Amberjack, Cobia, Kingfish, Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, Gag Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Grunt, and more—plenty of hard fighters and tasty catches to keep the rods bent!

Captain Justin provides all rods, reels, and tackle. Live bait is available for an additional fee. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks, drinks (beer’s fine—just no glass), and music to keep the vibes rolling. Plus, the trip is kid-friendly, and if bad weather forces a cancellation, you won’t lose your deposit.

Whether you want to chase Cobia on the sight cast, bottom drop for Snapper, or head offshore for a shot at Kingfish and Mahi, Captain Justin will tailor the trip to give you the best day possible on the water!

Live bait cost is split between you and the captain usually runs you about 20$ at the bait stand
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 7 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 7 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
