This trip is all about dialing in on one target species—Fluke, Striped Bass, Black Seabass, Bluefish, or even Triggerfish or Porgies—based on seasonal conditions and your personal preference. Whether you're looking to fill the cooler or land your first keeper, Captain Brett will tailor the trip to make it happen.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 32’ Albermarle sportfisher powered by twin Yanmar engines, packing 740 HP to get you to the bite fast and comfortably. This spacious and stable vessel features a full bathroom, air conditioning, and plenty of room for up to 6 anglers. It’s the ideal platform for inshore bottom fishing, jigging, trolling, and drifting the rich waters off Long Island.

Captain Brett provides everything you need for a successful day on the water—including top-quality rods, reels, bait (live and cut), and tackle. Once you're back at the dock, he’ll also clean and fillet your catch so you're ready to fire up the grill or pack it home.

Want to kick back with your favorite playlist? The boat is Bluetooth-ready, and you’re welcome to bring along drinks and snacks—just no glass containers. Kids are absolutely welcome, and the trip can easily be adjusted to make it extra fun and safe for younger anglers.

By bringing friends and family on my own vessel. Then I got to work with professionals that helped me learn and refine my skills.
What makes you different from other guides?
Captain Brett is also a teacher and coach who is excellent with customers at all levels. He believes fishing is fun and a healthy outdoor activity that helps provide people with a much needed relationship with the outdoors. We also provide special kid charters to help foster the interest in fishing for the next generation.

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
