The Local Trip! Fish, Sandbar, dolphin/manatees all in one trip. You can set this trip up as you want. Fish an hour or two, hit the sandbar for some shells, see some dolphins and manatees. Set the trip as you wish. NOTE: (You can Fish the entire trip as well).

The waters surrounding Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach as beautiful as they are fish-rich. You will be targeting a variety of fish Snook, Redfish, Trout and Mangrove Snapper all Super Fun Fighting Fish that you will have a blast with. CHECK THIS OUT All trips are private and include fish bait, fishing tackle, fishing license, yeti cooler ice and water.

You'll be casting off a 2024 Pathfinder 2400 open. PATHFINDER IS CONSIDERED TOP OF THE LINE BOATS with an impressive speed of 60 knots, getting to all the top fishing spots fast! This smooth ride can comfortably accommodate up to 6 anglers.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Captain David—known to many as “Booch”—brings a unique blend of athletic discipline and laid-back hospitality to every trip. Before dedicating himself to the water full-time, he played professional baseball in the Cardinals organization and later served as a coach.

Alongside fellow captain David “Merlin” , the two have been running high-quality boat charters for over 20 years. This trip is managed by an outfitter. David will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 7 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 7 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

We had a great trip with David. He arrived at the dock on time ready to go. He's got a nice, open, boat with a center console so it was easy to move around. We moved around the inter coastal area between Anna Maria and Long Boat fishing for snook, red fish, and trout. Anytime we weren't getting bites we'd move. David worked very hard to keep all of us in fresh bait, and good locations. He knew a ton about the local fish, currents, depths, and regulations. We also got to see several manatees which was such a lovely bonus! When my son hooked a big red fish David gave him great guidance to help him bring it in. He was easy to talk to and we are already recommending him to our friends. We will definitely book again next time we're in the area.
