Departing from the iconic HarborWalk Village in Destin, this trip will take you miles into the Gulf of Mexico in pursuit of some of the most thrilling sportfish the area has to offer. Whether you’re chasing a trophy catch or just looking to fill your cooler with delicious fish, Captain Tony’s expertise and top-notch gear will help make it happen.

On this trip, you’ll be targeting a variety of deep-sea species like Red Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, and Grouper. Captain Tony uses a range of techniques including bottom fishing, and trolling. With a spacious 65’ boat equipped for comfort and performance, you'll enjoy an unforgettable day on the water, with plenty of room for up to 6 guests to fish comfortably. The boat comes equipped with all the gear you need to give you the best shot at landing something big.

Whether you’re booking a 6, 8, or 10-hour trip, Captain Tony ensures an exciting and action-packed day. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to target various species depending on the season and your group’s preferences.

Captain Tony has over 60 years of experience working with Destin charter boat fishing. Captain Tony has expertise in various methods including trolling and bottom fishing, using live bait, natural and/or artificial if required. He has fished all over the world including Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Hawaii among many other fishing hotspots. Captain Tony's crew hold 3 world records for Red Snapper caught on Fly Rod. They have either won or placed in just about every Billfish tournament on Coast either Blue Marlin, tuna or Wahoo or Dolphin. They were fortunate to have caught a 1034 lb Black Marlin in Australia.

Captain Tony has won numerous awards including the largest Blue Marlin and largest White Marlin in the Destin Fishing Rodeo. Captain Tony has won the Marlin Tournament (held in Destin in previous years), took first place for the largest Tuna in the Biloxi Tournament, and won the Cozumel Tournament. Captain Tony is a proud member of the Destin Charter Boat Association.

Bring what you want to eat and drink. And make sure you bring a cooler which can be the same full of ice to take your fish back to your Condo.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

In the event of inclement weather, our guides will check the conditions and make the final call on whether its safe to go on the trip. If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
