About Your Trip

If you’re looking for an action-packed day of offshore fishing, Captain Ben’s Red Snapper Adventure is the trip for you! On this 8-9 hour excursion, you’ll steam 30-40 miles offshore to some of the most productive Red Snapper grounds, where you’ll have the chance to reel in these prized fish using a variety of tactics. Whether it’s drop-down bait fishing, free-lining, jigging, or live baiting, Captain Ben will put you on the bite and ensure you have the best opportunity to fill the cooler.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there! After landing your limit of Red Snapper, the remaining time will be spent targeting other offshore predators, including Mangrove Snapper, Cobia, Grouper, King Mackerel, Blacktip Sharks, Tripletail, and more. Whether you’re dropping baits over a wreck, trolling for high-speed pelagics, or battling a hard-fighting Grouper from the reef, this trip delivers non-stop deep-sea action.

Your trip takes place aboard a 38’ Henriques Sportfish, a powerhouse vessel built for both comfort and performance. With twin 370 HP Cummins engines, a spacious air-conditioned cabin, a private restroom, and a large back deck, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable day offshore. The boat is also equipped with a fighting chair, outriggers, a live bait well, and advanced fish-finding technology, ensuring you spend more time reeling in fish and less time searching for them.

Captain Ben provides top-tier rods, reels, tackle, lures, and live bait (when available and necessary). A professional first mate will also be on board to assist with everything from rigging baits to cleaning and bagging your catch at the end of the trip (a 20% gratuity for the mate is customary). All fishing licenses are included, so all you need to bring is your favorite snacks, drinks, and plenty of energy for a full day of offshore fishing!

If you’re ready to battle trophy-sized Red Snapper and more, book your trip with Captain Ben today—you won’t want to miss this offshore adventure!
