Our charter specializes in 4-12 hour deep sea fishing charters including bottom fishing for Grouper, Red Snapper, Amberjack and Trigger, Amberines, Almaco Jacks, Vermilion Snapper, Scamp and Red Grouper. Sight fishing for Cobia (seasonal), Trolling for BlackFin Tuna, King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Bonita. All dead bait, tackle, ice and licenses are provided so just bring whatever you want to eat and drink.
Captain Mike has been fishing in the Gulf since 1989 when he got his start as the 1st Mate on the Silver Lining, after receiving his Captains license in 1992 he ran Crew boats in the oil fields of Louisiana during the off season. Captain Mike has been running the Huntress full time since 2004. We will make your trip one to remember & want your family to come back year after year! Mike was awarded Captain of the year in the 2011 & 2015 Destin Fishing Rodeo.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
