About Your Trip

Get ready for an action-packed adventure perfect for the whole crew on this 4-hour Family Fun Trip out of Fort Morgan! Whether you're introducing the kiddos to their first catch or just looking for a laid-back day on the water, this trip has something for everyone—and it's running three times a day, seven days a week!

You'll be exploring the rich fishing grounds of Mobile Bay or heading out into the nearshore waters of the
Gulf, where the oil rigs scattered throughout the Fort Morgan area create fish havens teeming with action. Depending on the time of year, your target species will shift with the seasons—so no two trips are ever quite the same!

In the cooler months of winter and early spring, it’s Sheepshead season! These striped fighters love to hang around the rigs and will keep your rod bent and your heart racing. As the weather warms up, so does the bite—late spring through fall brings out heavy hitters like Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Redfish, and Speckled Trout. Whether you’re trolling, casting, or soaking bait, the action stays steady and the smiles stay big.

Everything you need is included—rods, reels, bait, tackle, and even your fishing licenses are all covered. The trip is 100% kid-friendly, and yes—grown-ups, you’re welcome to bring your favorite beer to enjoy along the way. At the end of the trip, your catch will be cleaned and bagged for you, ready to take straight to the grill or freezer.

With room for up to 6 anglers, this is the perfect quick getaway for families, first-timers, or anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and bounty of Alabama’s coast. So grab your crew, pack some snacks and drinks, and come make some memories on the water—you bring the fun, we’ll bring the fish!

Capt. Jerry grew up in California. He started driving a boat at the age of 12. He spent many days of his youth fishing for a variety of species including Bass, Bream, trout and even Steelhead. After pursuing a career as a welder, Jerry traveled the country doing shut down work. Jerry
eventually settled in Baldwin County and got his Captain's license in 2022. Since then he has been successfully running charter boat for red snapper, Spanish mackerel, King Mackerel, redfish, sheepshead and speckled trout.
