About Your Trip

This trip is made to be short stay close to the dock and spend most of the time fishing. Ice and all fishing equipment is provided, I recommend bringing sunscreen and something to drink. The whole point of this trip is to allow people to get out on the water at a more affordable price and not feel intimidated by a long trip and far runs. It allows you to get on the water with high energy kids as well and you won't be in the midday heat. Just because we aren't going far doesn't mean there's not great fish to catch nearby. We catch large snook, juvenile tarpon, juvenile Goliath grouper, redfish, snapper, and more with in a mile of the dock especially in the summer time when fish migrate to the beach.

Captain James has been fishing southwest Florida his whole life picking up a rod as soon as he could walk. He has a deep passion for fishing and caring for the oceans. I Grew up fishing in swfl, mainly in estero bay with friends who's parents were guides and have always wanted to guide since I realized it was a possibility.
What makes you different from other guides?
I have a degree in marine science and have a deep interest and care for our waterways. I try to relay with clients any information they are curious about. I also am a proficient photographer and am able to capture memories made on the water with the highest quality.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 4 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 4 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
