Running from June 1 through November 1, this seasonal deep-sea run is designed for serious anglers looking to tangle with the East Coast’s biggest and baddest pelagic predators. Departing bright and early at 4:00 a.m. and returning between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., this trip will take you as far as 80 miles offshore, pushing out toward the near-canyon zones where the tuna action comes alive. Custom departure times are available, but one thing’s for sure—this is a full-throttle day of offshore fishing that delivers the goods.

You’ll be targeting a world-class lineup of species including Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Bigeye Tuna, and even Swordfish, White Marlin, Mahi Mahi, and Mako Sharks. Jigging is Captain Mike’s go-to method, and you’ll also have opportunities to try popping, trolling, spinning, and both light and heavy tackle depending on conditions and the bite. This is a dynamic, high-speed style of fishing that keeps everyone engaged, with rod-bending runs and drag-screaming hits that test your skill and stamina.

The trip takes place aboard a luxurious 35’ Cabo Express, custom-powered for speed, range, and comfort. With twin 510 HP Caterpillar diesel engines, this boat makes quick work of the long haul offshore. Onboard you’ll find all the amenities you need to stay comfortable on a long-range trip: heating, air conditioning, sleeping quarters, and a full private bathroom. The deck is rigged with top-end electronics, live wells, prepping stations, ice machines, and everything needed to keep bait fresh and fish on ice.

Captain Mike provides all the gear, rods, reels, tackle, and bait you’ll need for the day. Whether you’re a seasoned offshore angler or it’s your first time heading out past the horizon, Mike and his first mate will make sure you’re equipped and ready for battle. All you need to bring is your own food and drinks—and a big cooler for your catch.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
