About Your Trip

Head offshore with Captain Bradley for an exciting 8-hour nearshore adventure exploring the vibrant reefs and wrecks off Bradenton and Sarasota Beach! This trip is perfect for anglers looking to target a wide variety of species in some of the Gulf Coast’s most productive waters.

You’ll be fishing for Mangrove Snapper, Gag and Red Grouper, Sheepshead, Hogfish, and even the occasional Bull Shark. Whether you're dropping baits over natural structure or working deeper wrecks, there’s
always something interesting lurking below. Hogfish are a particular prize on this trip—notoriously tricky to catch but well worth the effort for their fighting spirit and outstanding table fare.

Captain Bradley is a 5th-generation Florida native who’s spent his life fishing these waters. His local insight and laid-back, professional approach make for a fun and focused day on the water, no matter your experience level. He’ll guide you through a mix of bottom fishing, deep dropping, and light or heavy tackle techniques depending on the target species and conditions.

You’ll be fishing from a 23’ Sea Pro bay boat, rigged for comfort and performance nearshore. The boat is fully equipped with quality rods, reels, tackle, and safety gear—everything you need for a full day exploring the Gulf. Just ask about the plan for the day, and Captain Bradley will talk you through what to expect, including any seasonal considerations or harvest regulations.

Your fishing license is covered, so all you need to bring are the essentials: sunblock (non-spray), a hat, sunglasses, plenty of water, and any snacks or lunch you'd like to have onboard. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but please avoid glass containers and hard liquor.

Whether you’re looking to hook into something strong, target great-eating reef fish, or just enjoy a full day on the open water, this nearshore trip offers a dynamic and memorable way to experience Florida’s Gulf Coast.
