About Your Trip

Get ready for an action-packed fishing adventure with Captain Ronnie, offering both half-day and 3/4 day trips tailored to your fishing preferences. Whether you’re looking for a quick run at some fast movers or a longer session to really explore the bite, this charter delivers excitement from start to finish. From hard-hitting King and Spanish Mackerel to heavyweight Sharks and tasty bottom species like Seabass, you’ll have the chance to hook into a variety of coastal favorites.

The half-day trip is perfect for anglers who want to maximize action in a shorter time frame, focusing on either trolling or bottom fishing depending on what you're after. Trolling trips target Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Little Tunny (False Albacore), and Great Barracuda—each one ready to give your drag a workout. If bottom fishing is more your speed, you can drop down for Black Seabass or go head-to-head with Sharks, including Hammerhead, Blacktip, and even Tiger Sharks.

For those looking for more time on the water, the 3/4 day trip spans 7 hours and gives you a broader window to find the fish and settle into the rhythm of the day. This trip also specializes in trolling and bottom fishing, with plenty of time to mix up techniques or venture farther to chase the bite. It's a great choice for anglers who want a more in-depth experience with extra chances to hook into something big.

You'll be fishing aboard a 36’ custom-built sportfishing boat powered by twin Cummins engines. Outfitted with GPS, radar, outriggers, and a fishfinder, this boat is built for performance and fully equipped for success. Onboard amenities include a fighting chair, live bait well, ice box, a clean lady-friendly bathroom, and even a bed for quick breaks between bites. Electric reels and tournament-grade tackle round out the setup to keep you comfortable and competitive.

Captain Ronnie provides everything you need: top-quality rods, reels, tackle, and lures, plus live bait either prepared in advance or caught fresh during the trip. An experienced first mate is always onboard to assist with everything from baiting to gaffing, and will also clean and fillet your catch back at the dock—fish cleaning is included in the mate’s tip, so no extra fees there. No fishing license is required, as you're covered under the boat's permit.

Just bring your favorite snacks, drinks, and your sense of adventure. Whether you choose the shorter trip or the extended version, Captain Ronnie is ready to put you on the fish and make it a trip to remember!
