Looking for a fun, laid-back fishing trip without spending the whole day on the water? This 4-hour inshore trip with Captain Brock is the perfect half-day adventure. You’ll explore the calm bays, creeks, and grass flats around Apalachicola in search of Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, and Tripletail—local favorites that offer plenty of action on light tackle.

Whether you're a first-timer or just looking for a relaxing few hours on the water, Captain Brock will make sure you're in the right spots with the right setup. His 24’ Pathfinder center console is rigged with all the essentials—GPS, trolling motor, live bait well—and comfortably fits up to six guests.

All rods, reels, bait, and licenses are included, and your catch will be cleaned at the end of the trip if regulations allow. Families are always welcome—just ask about child-sized life jackets if needed. Bring sunglasses, drinks, non-spray sunscreen, and a few snacks, and get ready for a high-quality inshore trip with a knowledgeable local captain.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 7 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 7 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

My and my 2 boys had a great time with Brock. He was an absolute delight! He knows the area and when to literally cut bait. We caught enough to feed 17 and still had time to go for the big ones! I would highly recommend Brock! Great Guy!!

I will say I have gone on mini guided fishing trips and Brock was by far the nicest most accommodating boat captain I have ever met. Walking on with three small kids under the age of 10 you never know how the captains will react. Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a QR Code boarding pass. In the event of inclement weather, our guides will check the conditions and make the final call on whether its safe to go on the trip. If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
