We enjoyed our trip with Steve. He's a very experienced guide. He will put you on the fish. Plenty of patience with a since of humor. You will have a great day.
Had a great trip, Scott is fun to fish with and an expert fisherman He has the live scope down solid and can fish any way you want to fish. He is very focused on the customer! . I plan to have several more trips with Scott!
Scott was great. He was an expert guide in every way.He put us on fish, pointed exactly where to drop our jigs, and we had a successful trip in spite of windy conditions.I’ll use Scott again and would recommend him with out reservations
Robert is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the river and trout behavior, but also genuinely passionate about making sure everyone has a great experience. He took the time to understand our skill level and tailored the day accordingly—whether it was offering patient instruction on casting techniques or sharing more advanced strategies.
The Little Red River itself was stunning. Clear water, peaceful surroundings, and just the right balance of challenge and accessibility. He consistently put us on fish throughout the day, and his instincts about where and when to fish were spot-on.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. From high-quality gear to thoughtful tips and encouragement, everything was handled professionally and with care. It never felt rushed or transactional—it felt like spending the day with someone who truly loves what they do and wants you to love it too.
Oh yeah and he makes an awesome turkey cheese sandwich for lunch!
Looking forward to another trip in the future.
We had a great day on the little red river with Robert. We all caught fish and his boat was perfect for the four of us to fish comfortably. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who’s looking to go fishing and not just boat ride. Also, he was very patient with us. Novice fly fisherman. Thank you, Robert for a perfect day on the river.
Ryan was a great guide! Friendly and informative. We had a nice day fishing the White River out of Beaver. I would very much like to do another trip with Ryan next time in the area.
Scott worked hard, he showed us how to fish behind the livescope, and we tried many places, but in 8 hours of fishing we ended up with nothing. Three of us were fishing with Scott. Scott caught 7 or 8 fish, I caught 2, one of the other guys caught 1 and the other man caught 0. A couple of Scott's crappie approached 10 inches, but all of the other fish were 7 to 8 inches. I know that sometimes this can happen, but it is terribly disappointing when you drive 375 miles, spend $500, fish for 8 hours and we go home empty handed.
We had a great day with Captain Larry, even after battling through the heavy fog in the morning, turned out to be a beautiful day. Thank you, Captain Larry.
