August is on fire in the Everglades start a regular lobster season and we got to go catch some fish as well. This came based on fire with lobsters and Everglades national Park is on fire with snoop Tarpon redfish and trout Goliath grouper as well running across a lot of those come check us out down here, Joey Flats, fishing in the Florida Everglades.

Sean was an amazing captain. He was very professional right from the beginning. I texted him a couple times before I even got to Fort Lauderdale and he responded very quickly. The day of our fishing trip he communicated with us even before getting there. He knew there was going to be bad weather so he decided to add another hour to our trip to go to a further place that wasn't going to be affected by the weather. He was patient and kind when we would make mistakes in throwing our line and snagging our hooks. I would highly recommend Sean he is the best!

Patrick was a great guide! My girlfriend and I had a super fun time. Went out for Bonefish and Tarpon on the fly. Saw a lot of fish and had some good opportunities. Unfortunately a storm system came in early so spent a better portion of the day getting away from it, but no one can control the weather! All in all we had a great time and I will 100% be giving Patrick a call next time I’m in South Florida!

Trip: Biscayne Bay/Everglades Trip

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an awesome six-hour charter with Captain Andrew (“Drew”)! He actually took the bay boat out a little early to catch bait before we even got started, and that pretty much set the tone for the whole day—he came prepared and ready to put us on fish. Even with that, we still beat other charters to the honey holes! Gave us a demonstration on throwing the casting bait net in the bay and that in itself was priceless!! We caught mahi and tuna, learned a bunch of little tricks along the way, shared some great stories, and really enjoyed the entire experience. Drew is a Key Largo lifer with generations of family roots in the Keys, and it shows. He knows these waters, the fishing, the weather, where to run, what to look for, and where the fish are. We even navigated through a beast of a storm and got a little wet, but honestly, that just became part of the adventure! Drew handled it calmly and confidently, and it made for one of those stories you’ll laugh about afterward. He is sweet, humble, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. With just three of us, the charter felt personal and relaxed—not like you were just another group being shuffled through. If you’re looking for a smaller charter with a captain who works hard, knows the ocean, shares what he knows, and genuinely wants you to have a great day, Drew is your guy. Great fishing, great conversation, a little adventure, and some awesome memories. We would absolutely go out with him again! 🎣🌊

Justin aka Captain Hawkeye was amazing on the water! The whole Cast n Blast experience far exceeded our expectations! He guided us to an array of fish species throughout the trip including the Peacock Bass and ensured all passengers caught their fair share. Midday he prepared a shore lunch feast that was absolutely delicious and fueled us for the afternoon hunt where Justin was relentless putting us on numerous iguanas! To top the whole day off, Justin introduced us to his friendly gator Fast Eddie who put on a show and completed the full Everglades experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
