The Ponce Inlet area had really been heating up. And I mean that literally. With water temps in the mid 80s many species have been pretty active. For the past two weeks we have had Kingfish (king mackeral) on the beaches so just about every drop with bait you are hooking up. This is great if you are targeting them but otherwise they are going to bite you off. Tarpon still very active with mixes of 20-40 lb fish and 100lb plus fish. The fation's been pretty good lately. Lots of almacos, mangroves and lanes, a few kings and cobias.

🎣 The fishing was good to very good last week on the Indian and Banana River Lagoons near Melbourne, FL. Snook have been the most consistent bite followed by Mangrove Snappers, Seatrout, Redfish, and even some Sheepshead and Spadefish. There are some Tarpon around as well!
