The weather is a big factor the last few weeks, to windy, to much run off from rain. Now the tornado and high winds slow fishing down. I did go one day for redfish in the back water using live bait. Best bet is to fish the North Galveston Jetties fishing by the boat cut using live bait. This time of the year is always slow. But it is time to book for Spring Break. Lots of bullreds right now. The inshore fishing has been good as well. Doing some bay fishing trips catching trout, sheepshead, tarpon, drum, flounder and slot reds.

Water temperature 51 degrees catching fish in 8 feet using live shrimp. Overall fishing is heating up. Lots of big sheep heads on the Galveston North Jetties. Be careful and have a Happy New Year's
